* Eligibility : All applicants seeking personalized 1-on-1 consultation and application submission services (excluding marriage Visa (F-6))
* Service Fee : 780,000 VND → 390,000 VND per person
(※ Discounted rate of 390,000 VND is applicable until December 31, 2026)
(※ Visa evaluation fee and standard service fee are billed separately)

② Confirm your visit date and time with our coordinator via phone or email.
③ Complete your pre-consultation (eligibility, required documents, and general inquiries) with the coordinator via phone or email.
④ Visit the center on your confirmed reservation date and time to submit your application.
★ Important Notice :
- Consent to the collection and use of personal information is required to make a reservation.
- Submitting the pre-reservation request form indicates a reservation request only and does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. Your reservation is finalized only when our coordinator contacts you individually via phone or email to confirm the schedule.
- Same-day reservations are not available.
- Reservations can only be scheduled within 1 month from the application date. (e.g., An application submitted on January 1 allows scheduling up to February 1).
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment date.
- If you fail to respond to our contact (phone or email) after submitting your request, your reservation request may be automatically canceled. The Center is not responsible for any disadvantages, including appointment cancellations or visa scheduling delays, resulting from an unrecorded response. Please ensure your contact details are reachable after applying.
- Applicants who No-Show on their appointment date may face restrictions on future VIP Service bookings.
- The VIP Service is a premium convenience service provided solely for visa application submission and has no impact whatsoever on the Consulate's visa evaluation period or decision (visa issuance approval/rejection).
